TB to TV

Well, yesterday I found out I do not have TB — ha!  Not that there was any question, but all I could think was:  Another step done.  Woo-hoo!!  (On a side note, the process of reading the results 48 hours after getting the skin test was the smoothest, quickest, and most painless doctor’s visit I have ever had.)

We celebrated by having a nice little family night of watching a “Making Adoption Affordable” webinar…

Yeesh.  I have to say, it’s a little overwhelming to think about… trying to understand all the parts of the financial aspect of all this and wondering exactly how are we going to pull it off.  (And really I could say having a baby in general — not just adoption.)  When you sit down to look at the details, basically you just know it’s going to take a miracle.  Truly, a miracle.  But what a great thing to be able to one day look back and say… “Look what God did.”

(I do want to make sure all of you reading know that your prayer support means more to us than anything, so thank you more than words can say for that!!!  We are truly blessed by your prayers and encouragement.)

* And if anyone would like to see – or share – the online slideshow presentation from this webinar, please let me know and I’ll send you the link!

Thanks for reading, too.  It really means a lot.  I bump into people every once in a while who say “I just love your blog!” — and it’s usually after I had only recently checked the stats on my admin page and started to wonder if anyone really cares…  It’s so nice to know you do (care, that is), but even better if anything I share is helpful or encouraging to anyone else who might be interested or actually starting this process.  So, pass us on, and know just how much you are appreciated.  God uses every one of us!
